STIR-FRIED CORN 
2 c. corn
4 tbsp. butter
Salt
Pepper
Chopped parsley

In medium skillet melt butter. Add corn and stir fry 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt, pepper and parsley. Cook 1 minute longer. Serve hot. You can add lemon juice (1 tablespoon for taste); also 2 tablespoons chopped onion. You may desire a dash of sugar also. Fix to your taste.
