CRANBERRY JELLY 
3 1/2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 (2 1/4 oz.) pkg. powdered fruit pectin
4 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice

In large saucepan or kettle, combine cranberry juice and pectin. Stir over high heat until cranberry mixture comes to full rolling boil. Stir in sugar immediately. Bring to full rolling boil again; boil hard 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and skim foam. Pour into hot scalded jars. Makes 6 half pints.
