CRANBERRY JELLY 
4 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. bottled cranberry juice
1 (1 3/4 oz.) box powdered fruit pectin

Measure juice in 6 to 8 quart saucepan, add fruit pectin and mix well. Place over high heat and stir until mixture comes to a full boil. Immediately add sugar and stir. Bring to a full rolling boil (one that cannot be stirred down) and boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skim off foam. Ladle quickly into hot jars and cover with 1/8 hot paraffin. Makes 5 2/3 cups. About 7 - 8 ounce jars.
