1 box family-size brownie mix
1 can vanilla frosting
1 (12 oz.) pkg. miniature chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. Cool Whip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of a 10-inch springform pan.

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Bake about 30 minutes in prepared pan. Cool completely. Combine frosting, chocolate chips, cream cheese, and Cool Whip. Spread on top of brownies and refrigerate.
