SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower (combined)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) c. shredded Swiss cheese or cheddar (sharp)
1/3 c. sour cream or 1/3 c. canned milk
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions

Thaw out and drain frozen vegetables.

NOTE: For variety, add a cup of cubed boiled chicken or turkey.

Combine vegetables; add a cup of cubed boiled chicken or turkey, pimentos, and 1/2 can Durkee French fried onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish.
