COUNTRY SAUSAGE DINNER 
1 lb. ground sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced fine
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained
3 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup

In large skillet, begin to brown sausage. Just before sausage is completely cooked, add onion, celery, garlic, bell pepper and saute with meat until onions are tender and vegetables are still crisp.

Add mushrooms, cooked rice and soup. Mix together thoroughly. Pour into 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 325 degrees until bubbly.
