ITALIAN SAUSAGE DINNER 
1 lb. Italian link sausage
2 tbsp. water
1 green pepper, cut into strips
2 med. onions, cut into wedges

Combine sausage and water in a skillet; cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain drippings from skillet. Add pepper and onion; cover and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring often. Yield: 4 servings.
