PEAR RELISH 
16 lg. pears
8 lg. green bell peppers
5 lg. red bell peppers
4 lg. onions
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. tumeric
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 qt. vinegar
2 c. sugar

Grind pears, peppers, and onions on coarse blade of food chopper. Mix vinegar, salt, sugar, celery seed, tumeric, and mustard seed. Bring to a boil. Add pears, peppers, and onions that have been drained. Cook 20 to 25 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
