HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 c. light cream
2 c. potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces & cooked
1 1/2-2 c. cooked ham, cut into sm. pieces
2 tbsp. pimento, optional

Place potatoes, ham and pimento in lightly greased casserole. Heat cream over medium-low heat. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Pour evenly over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered, uncover last 5-10 minutes.
