HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 can Dubuque ham shanks
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
4 to 6 potatoes
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Water
Mozzarella cheese

Peel and slice potatoes. Spread butter on casserole dish and make a layer of sliced potatoes, then spread a layer of ham shanks on top of potatoes. Then spread a layer of mushroom soup on top of ham shanks. Continue making layers until casserole dish is near full. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Add enough water to cover potatoes.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until potatoes are done. Top with Mozzarella cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
