SWEET N' SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. dry breadcrumbs
1/3 c. dried parsley flakes
2 eggs
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
1/2 c. warm milk
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Add bread crumbs to warm milk. Combine with rest of meatball ingredients and mix well. Form into small balls the size of walnuts. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cover with sauce and bake additional 20 minutes. Makes about 60 meatballs.

SAUCE:

1 lb. canned jellied cranberry sauce
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine and mix well. Cook over medium heat until smooth and melted.
