AMERICAN CHOP SUEY 
1 can bean sprouts
2 lbs. lean pork (cut in sm. pieces)
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. molasses
1 c. onion, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. water
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. mushrooms

Cook meat until brown, while cooking sprinkle with flour, when browned add the molasses, onions, celery and water. Cook and simmer until tender, add salt and mushrooms last. Serve over rice or LaChoy noodles.
