ZUCCHINI CORNBREAD 
3 beaten eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 1/4 c. self-rising corn meal (yellow)
1/4 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. grated zucchini

Mix ingredients. Pour into 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
