RICE PUDDING 
1 c. uncooked rice (then cook)
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash salt
3 egg yolks
5 c. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Beat with mixer, all but rice, then add rice and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
