2 1/4 c. oats, uncooked
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. butter, melted

Combine oats, brown sugar, flour and butter. Press onto bottom and 1 1/2 inches up sides of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/3 c. cold water
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. brandy (or) 1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Soften gelatin in water. Stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Gradually add gelatin and brandy to cream cheese mixture, mixing until well blended. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Chill until firm.
