TURKEY ENCHILADAS 
2 c. turkey meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1 c. turkey broth
1 c. green chilies
1 c. black olives
2 c. grated sharp cheese
Flour tortillas

Grease 9x13 inch pan. Line with broken pieces of tortillas. Layer chicken mixture, heated. Layer grated cheese. Continue layering, using all ingredients. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
