CINNAMON BISCUITS 
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. finely chopped nuts
1 can refrigerator biscuits

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking sheet with Pam. Combine sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Sprinkle sugar mixture on rolling surface. Unroll biscuits, place on sugared surface. Roll to 1/8 inch thick. Place sugared side up on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining biscuits. Bake for about 15 minutes or until brown. Serve warm.

Easier version: Flatten biscuits on greased baking sheet, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar mixture.
