CINNAMON FRUIT BISCUIT CRUNCHIES 
10 oz. can refrigerated flaky biscuits
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
10 tsp. preserves
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Separate dough into biscuits. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip both sides of biscuits in melted butter then in sugar mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. With thumb, make deep indentation in center of each roll and fill with 1 teaspoon preserves. Cut edges of biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cool.
