SPINACH LASAGNA SURPRISE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
1 egg
3/4 tbsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. lasagna noodles, uncooked

Thaw and drain spinach. In large bowl, mix cottage cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella, spinach, egg, oregano and pepper. In greased 9" x 13" pan, layer 1/2 cup sauce, 1/3 of noodles, 1/2 of cheese-spinach mixture. Repeat; top with remaining noodles, then remaining sauce; sprinkle with remaining cup of cheese. Pour water around edges. Cover tightly with foil; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
