POTATO KUGEL 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. onion
3 c. frozen hash browns

Combine cream cheese and add beaten eggs; mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix. Spoon into well greased 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Strange kugel recipe. Potato kugel is usually eaten with a fleishig (meat) meal so it should be parve (not meat or dairy) or fleishig (made with meat products, or with meat pots and utensils), and this recipe calls for cream cheese. Not only does that (obviously) make it milchig (dairy), but it doesn't taste like any traditional potato kugel. I don't think I like it.
