EXOTIC TURKEY ORANGE SALAD 
2 c. turkey, diced
1 c. orange segments or 1 can mandarin oranges
1 (8 oz.) can sliced pineapple, drained & cut into chunks
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. apples, diced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise (real mayonnaise)

Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Serve on lettuce and garnish with orange or apple wedges. I use only the turkey breast.
