MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve Jello and sugar in hot water. Chill until partially set. Add sour cream and vanilla and whip until fluffy. Fold in pineapple and oranges and nuts. Pour into a mold and refrigerate. Serves 6 to 8.
