CHERRY-ORANGE SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
2 carrots, grated
3 med. apples
1 c. pecans
1 1/4 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
1 c. whipped cream, whipped

Combine orange juice concentrate and water and bring to a boil. Combine cherry and orange gelatin in mixing bowl. Add hot orange juice, stirring until gelatin dissolves. Stir in carrots and fruit. Chill until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in remaining ingredients. Spoon into two 5-cup molds. Chill. Serves 20.
