CHERRY COLA SALAD 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cherry gelatin
1 can bing cherries (dark sweet)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 sm. or 12 oz. Coca-Cola, partially frozen

Dissolve gelatin in heated juices from cherries and pineapple. Then add cherries and pineapple, nuts. Put in mold; pour Cokes over top. Grate frozen cheese over top of molds. Place in refrigerator to congeal. Do not freeze. Best to use flat square mold. Cut in squares.
