ORANGE NUT BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/3 c. salad oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 5 loaf pan. In large bowl mix the first 6 ingredients. In medium bowl beat the eggs slightly. Stir in milk and salad oil. Stir into flour mixture. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
