MATTIE MAE YOUNG TARTS 
2 c. flour, rounded
Sm. pkg. cream cheese, soft
1 stick plus 1 1/2 tbsp. butter, soft

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter, soft
2 beaten eggs
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. raisins

Cook 25 minutes on 325 degrees. Makes 4 dozen small tarts.
