BEEF WITH BROCCOLI 
1 lb. flank steak
1 head broccoli, use broccoli florets and stems, cut into long thin pieces
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
1 tbsp. minced garlic

MARINADE:

1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. sugar
4 tbsp. oyster sauce

Cut beef into very thin slice about 1 inch long. Marinade beef 1 hour or oven beef all night. Fry garlic and ginger in 2 tablespoons of oil. Put in beef and fry until almost done with juice from marinade. Put in broccoli and cook to desired tenderness.
