TERIYAKI FISH 
12 oz. fish fillets, fresh or frozen, thawed
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry sherry
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

1. Combine all ingredients except fish into square baking dish, 8"x8". Stir until blended, add fish, coating both sides. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour.

2. Place on roasting rack. Microwave at HIGH (100%) until fish flakes easily in center with fork, 5 to 7 minutes. Rotate one half turn after half cooking time. Makes 3 to 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
