SOY WINE MARINADE FOR FISH OR
CHICKEN
 
1 c. light soy sauce
1/2 c. rice wine or dry sherry
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 tsp. minced or grated fresh ginger
2 lg. cloves minced garlic

Marinate fish or chicken 30 to 45 minutes. Then grill over hot coals or broil in the oven.
