RAISIN ENERGY COOKIES 
1 c. raisins
1 c. dried apricots
1/2 c. non fat dry milk
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. wheat germ
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. liquid milk
1/3 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. quick oats
1 c. chopped nuts

Chop raisins and apricots. Mix and sift dry milk, baking powder, baking soda. Stir in wheat germ and wheat flour. Cream butter and peanut butter. Add brown sugar and beat until fluffy. Beat in egg. Add vanilla. Add liquid milk and dry ingredients alternately. Work in dry fruit, seeds, oats and nuts. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool on rack.
