CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE 
1 c. rice, cooked
2 c. ground meat
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1 med. size cabbage, leaves separated

Wash rice thoroughly and cook. Blend rice with meat, salt, and pepper. Form into rolls. Roll in a leaf of cabbage. Place the rolls in a buttered casserole dish and cover. Bake in a moderate oven until done.
