Add and cook, covered, for about 20 minutes:

1/4 c. onions, diced
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can corn, drained
2 c. water
4 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice

Good with a salad.
