EASY OVEN LASAGNA 
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
1 tbsp. parsley
1 egg
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. water
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
12 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. lasagna noodles (DO NOT COOK)

Mix together and set aside: cottage cheese, parsley and egg. Brown beef and onion and drain well; add sauce and water and heat to simmer. On the bottom of an 11 x 7 baking dish, put some of the meat sauce, cover with a layer of UNCOOKED lasagna noodles, next layer the cottage cheese mixture followed by a layer of Mozzarella slices. Repeat layering ending with sauce and Parmesan cheese on top.

In a regular oven, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. This recipe can be cooked in a microwave oven cover with plastic wrap. Cooking time will vary with each microwave. This recipe is best made early in the day and refrigerated, and baked later.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
