EASY OVEN LASAGNE | |
1/2-1 lb. ground beef 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 1 c. water 1 tsp. salt 1 (12 oz.) pkg. long lasagne, uncooked 1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese 12 oz. Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Brown beef; drain. Add spaghetti sauce, water and salt; bring to boil. In rectangle baking dish I use 9 x 13 inch. Layer hot sauce, uncooked lasagna and mozzarella; repeat. Layers ending with sauce. Garnish with Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting into squares. |
