EASY OVEN LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 can mushrooms
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
12 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown meat and drain. Add spaghetti sauce, water and salt. Bring to a boil. In a 2-quart baking dish, layer the hot sauce, lasagna noodles, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers ending with sauce. Garnish with Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with foil.

Bake at 375°F for 1 hour. Let stand about 10 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
