VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
1 large onion, diced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
pepper to taste
Ritz crackers
butter

Mix ingredients and put in casserole dish. Crumble crackers on top. Melt 1 stick butter and spoon on top of crackers.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 350°F oven.
