WHITE CHILI 
2 med. onions
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. oil
4 c. cooked chopped chicken
6 c. chicken broth
2 cans white great northern beans
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 tbsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until heated through. Serve with sour cream and Monterey Jack cheese (shredded).
