HAMBURGER & CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. head cabbage
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water

Chop cabbage into medium pieces. Spread in bottom of greased baking dish 13 x 12 x 2 inches. Brown meat and onions in large skillet until done. Add rice, salt, pepper and spoon mixture over cabbage. Heat tomato soup in small pan with water to boiling. Pour over other ingredients. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Fluff lightly with fork before serving.
