CABBAGE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion in 3 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. hamburger
Salt & pepper

Brown. Spread 3 cups coarsely chopped cabbage into a 2 quart baking dish. Cover with meat mixture. Next cover with 1/2 cup minute rice. Top with 3 cups coarsely chopped cabbage. Pour 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup and 1/2 can water over top. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.
