CABBAGE AND HAMBURGER CASSEROLE | |
3 or 4 lb. cabbage 6 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 2 c. milk 2 lb. hamburger 4 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. flour 2 eggs 2 tsp. onion Shred cabbage. Melt butter in pan and add cabbage. Cook, stirring until wilted. Add soy sauce. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Add sugar and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix remaining salt, meat, flour, eggs, onion and pepper; gradually stir in milk. Alternate layers of meat and cabbage in 9x13 inch dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour, uncovered. |
