CABBAGE-HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion or chopped dried equivalent
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt (omit for less salt)
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook but do not brown. Spread 3 cups shredded cabbage in 2-quart baking dish. Cover with meat mixture. Spread with 3 more cups shredded cabbage. Top with 1 can tomato soup. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. For low sodium diet, use lo-salt tomato soup and omit salt. Serves 6.
