WEDDING PARTY MINTS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 cups ground sugar
2 to 3 drops peppermint oil
food coloring

Mix cream cheese, ground sugar, peppermint oil and food coloring. Mix well.

Using pastry bag, drop from star tip onto waxed paper. Let dry at room temperature 36 to 48 hours.

Note: If firmer mint desired, transfer to paper towel after 32 hours and dry an additional 12 hours.

Makes about 10 dozen for weddings, anniversaries or parties.
