WALDORF SALAD MOLD 
2 pkgs. lemon jello
Pinch of salt
2 c. boiling water
1 3/4 c. ginger ale
1 c. chopped red apple (not peeled)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve jello and salt in boiling water. Add ginger ale; chill until very thick. Fold in apples, celery and nuts. Pour into mold; chill until firm. Makes 10-12 servings.
