GOOD AND EASY PIZZA 
DOUGH:

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 1/2 c. flour

SAUCE:

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. instant minced garlic

TOPPING:

1/4 c. grated cheese
2 tsp. oregano
1 c. (about 4 oz.) pepperoni
2 c. (about 8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Dissolve y east in warm water; stir in remaining dough ingredients. Allow dough to rest, about 5 minutes, while preparing sauce.

Mix sauce ingredients; set aside. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Divide dough in half. Put each half on lightly greased 10-inch circle baking sheet. Spread sauce; sprinkle with cheese and oregano. Arrange pepperoni and cheese on top. Bake 20-25 minutes or until crust is brown. Makes 2 pizzas.
