EASY SAUSAGE CHEESE PIZZA
2 pkg. buttermilk or country biscuits
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 jar prepared spaghetti sauce (14 oz.)
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
other ingredients you like, chopped (i.e. mushrooms, pepperoni, etc.)
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium low heat; while the meat is browning, dice up the green pepper, onion or your choice of ingredients. Add the sauce and your pizza ingredients (onions, peppers, etc.) to the skillet; cook for about 5 minutes. Turn off heat; set aside.

On a cutting board, lay out your raw biscuit dough and cut each piece in 1/2. Take 1/2 of your batch and cut up biscuits and layer in the bottom of your baking dish (bottom won't be covered, rolls will expand while cooking). Layer over the biscuits 1/2 of the sauce mixture, then add 1 cup of the cheese. Place another layer of biscuits over this. Layer with the sauce and cheese.

Bake at 375°F for about 25 minutes.
