LOW CALORIE SPICED CARROTS 
2 lbs. carrots
1/2 stick butter
Dash nutmeg
Dash cinnamon
1 tbsp. vanilla
8 pkgs. Sweet & Low

Peel and slice carrots. Place all ingredients in saucepan with just enough water to cover carrots. Cover and cook until tender. Serve instead of yams. Yield: 8 servings.
