CARROT SPICE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. dry oatmeal
3 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Beat sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each. Add dry ingredients and beat. Add carrots, nuts, coats, and raisins. Bake in bundt pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Grease and flour pan.

ICING:

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Milk enough to moisten

Cool cake and ice.
