CHICKEN MADELEINE 
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing, blue bag
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley flakes
Clove, minced garlic
1 stick butter, butter
8 to 10 chicken breasts, skinned

Melt butter in shallow pan. Combine all other ingredients. Dip chicken in butter then coat both sides in stuffing mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9 x 12 pan.
