1 1/2 c. Stove Top stuffing
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken pieces
1/2 c. butter, melted

Crush stuffing well with rolling pin. Combine cheese, pepper, and garlic on wax paper. Dip chicken in butter, then stuffing mix. Arrange in baking dish, that is brushed with butter left from dipping. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
