4 tbsp. flour
1/2 pt. sour cream (1 c.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. white wine or sherry
Pepper
Garlic salt (optional)
4 chicken breasts

Mix flour with sour cream. Combine with all other ingredients except chicken. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour mixture over them and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Gravy is great over rice. Serves 4 people.
